The Wellspring Wellness Center provides services to SPMHC employees and their families and all people residing in our service area. The goal of the center is to help members/participants increase their awareness of health and safety by acquiring the knowledge and skills to adopt and maintain positive lifestyles through educational and physical programming.

The Wellspring Wellness Center offers memberships, personal wellness profiles, member education and training and a comprehensive list of exercise programs. The center has a sports performance program offered to all students in our service area. An extensive arthritis program is held in our special warm water therapy pool.

Accreditations and Awards:
The staff includes a Certified Athletic Trainer with CSCS credentials and a Certified Personal Trainer with additional certifications in group exercise training, pre/post natal exercise and additional training with older adults. Both are CPR certified.

Hours of Operation:
Monday - Thursday: 5:00 a.m. - 9:00 p.m.
Friday: 5:00 a.m. - 7:00 p.m.
Saturday - Sunday: 7:00 a.m. - 1:00 p.m.
