The physical therapy department provides both inpatient and outpatient care. Referrals are accepted from medical doctors, osteopaths, dentists, podiatrists and chiropractors.

Upon admission, an evaluation of the patient's condition is performed and a plan of care is established that addresses a home exercise program, treatment goals, education and plan for discharge. The goal of physical therapy is to return the patient to as near normal levels before illness, disease, accident or surgery.

The department offers many specialty programs including balance and vestibular rehabilitation, spine and neck care, post operative knee, hip, shoulder and back rehabilitation, pulmonary rehabilitation, sports medicine and orthopedics, wound / burn care and custom orthotics (arch supports).

We provide outpatient physical therapy at three locations: Sauk Prairie Memorial Hospital, River Valley Clinic in Spring Green, and at Lodi High School.

Outpatient Hours of Operation:
Sauk Prairie Memorial Hospital – Monday - Friday: 7:00 a.m. - 6:00 p.m.
River Valley Clinic – Monday - Friday: 8:00 a.m. - 5:30 p.m.
Lodi High School – Monday - Friday: 7:00 a.m. - 3:00 p.m.
