Our Patient & Family Services department cares for patients and their families by providing confidential services to meet the needs of each individual.

We are committed to making your total adjustment to the hospital as anxiety-free as possible. A social worker is available to help you develop a plan for you when you leave the hospital.

How to Use Our Services:
Any inpatient or outpatient may be referred to Patient & Family Services. Usually a patient's physician makes a request, but patients and their family members may also request help. Clergy, nurses, therapists, and other hospital professional may also recommend the use of our services.
