We provide a wide array of nutritional
and catering services.
Patient Meals
Patient meals are provided three times per day and snacks
are available. A registered dietitian develops the menu. Meals
are adjusted for specific diets and patient preferences. Alternative
menu options are available by request.
Cafeteria Meals
Located on the main floor of the hospital, the cafeteria is
open for meals: 6:30-9:30 am; 11 am-1:15 pm;
4:30-7 pm daily. On holidays, the cafeteria closes at
6:30 pm.
Vending
Nutrition services staff fills the vending machines daily.
Microwaves are available to heat up foods obtained from the
vending machines.
Mobile Meals
Mobile meals are available to individuals that are limited
in their ability to obtain nutritionally adequate meals. Individuals
may be referred by their doctors, social workers, family members,
or self-referred. Volunteers deliver mid-day meals Monday
through Friday. Each meal includes an entrée, hot side
dish, cold side dish, dessert, and soup. The meal cost is
reasonable and county assistance is available for qualified

Catering
Catering is provided within the hospital and through the cafeteria
for individual customers. Community members may order decorated
cakes in a variety of styles, including wedding cakes. To

Nutrition Counseling/Education
A qualified registered dietitian provides nutrition counseling
to inpatients and outpatients. Information discussed can include
meal planning, appropriate menu choices, portion sizes, reading
food labels, and specific disease management. Clients may
be self-referred or referred by a physician. Certain insurance
programs may cover counseling. See your insurance provider
