Cardiac Rehabilitation is a comprehensive program that offers diagnostic clinical treatment, behavior
education and preventive services. It provides services to patients following a heart attack or heart
surgery, as well as those diagnosed with stable angina, diabetes, heart failure and peripheral
vascular disease. Services are also available for individuals considered high risk for heart disease
or stroke.
The Cardiac Rehabilitation program emphasizes an
improved quality of life achieved through exercise, education
and group support.
Accreditations and Awards:
The department is staffed by ACSM Exercise Specialists, certified in both CPR and ACLS.
Outpatient Hours of Operation:
Monday - Friday: 7:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m.

Cardiac Rehabilitation is located on the southwest side
of the hospital in the Wellspring Wellness Center. Parking
for Cardiac Rehabilitation patients is available in
the parking lot across from the Wellness Center. Enter
the lot using the Oak Street entrance.
