Home Health United is a nonprofit, comprehensive home health care provider serving patients and clients in south central Wisconsin. Through our Prairie du Sac office we offer nursing, rehabilitative therapies, social work, respiratory, infusion therapy and Hospice. Home Health United Visiting Nurse Services is Medicare and Medicaid-certified. Our Home Medical Equipment division provides equipment and supplies through six locations including wheel chairs, oxygen, mastectomy and compression stocking fitting. Community Health Services includes Corporate and Community Health and Wellness Programs, Meals on Wheels, Flu Immunization Clinics and Companion Caregivers.
