Managing the
Health of Your Business
The good health of your business depends on a healthy
staff to keep it running smoothly. When your employees are
sick or injured, your entire operation is affected. Dean's
Occupational Health Service provides the medical expertise
employers depend on to care for their employees. An occupational
health program can reduce employee injury, absenteeism and
turnover. Dean's board-certified, occupational medicine specialists
conduct routine and specialized evaluations, identifying problem
areas before accidents occur. When needed, they will also
assist in developing and implementing corporate safety policies,
educational lectures and functional job descriptions.

loss, this service is for you. We offer complete audiology
services which we can provide at your worksite. Screenings

are available at the time of the service. We'll also provide

Treatment
Dean has partnered with Sauk Prairie Memorial Hospital to
jointly provide the finest care and rehabilitation of work
related injuries and illnesses. Together we offer evaluations
for functional capacity, job-specific preplacements and programs
in work hardening and isokinetic strengthening. Before entering
a rehabilitative program, patients are completely assessed
to determine how physically ready they are to begin training
for the physical demands of their job. And, to simulate job
activities, we offer a variety of state-of-the-art equipment
and materials. Therapists guide workers through each stage
of therapy, educating the patients about proper body mechanics.
While injured workers build their physical strength, they
also practice safe work habits that help them return to work
healthy, reducing their risk for re-injury.
