Chief
Financial Officer
Chief Financial Officer
Full time position responsible for oversight of financial
statements, budgeting and variance analysis, contract negotiations,
and managed care contracting. Most qualified candidates will
have a BS/BA in Accounting or Business Administration with
5 years of progressively responsible healthcare financial
management with a minimum of 3 years in a hospital environment.
CPA certification and/or Masters Degree preferred.
Chief Nursing Officer
Full time position for an energetic, experienced nursing professional
to join our Leadership Team. Oversee all phases of the nursing
service in and environment where working in collaboration
with our executives, directors and physicians is the norm
and where your clinical expertise if recognized and valued.
Most qualified candidates will have a current RN licensure
and related Masters Degree. We are looking for candidates
with at least 5 years experience with a minimum of 3 years
in a management position.
Department Secretary-Facilities
Full time position which performs a variety of clerical duties
to develop systems and maintain organization and efficiency
within the department of Facilities Management. Duties include
providing secretarial support to Facilities Director; working
with Maintenance staff in processing, coding and recording
work requests, recording department bills for payment and
billing clinics. Prepares for and attends various department
and committee meetings. Office training beyond high school
degree is preferred, or equivalent in experience. 1 to 2 years
experience in an office setting helpful.
Director, Emergency Services
Full time position assuming 24 hour responsibilities for the
administration of nursing care, for the management of nursing
personnel, fiscal management, and overall operations of Urgent
Care/Emergency Department. Must be a graduate of an accredited
nursing program (BSN preferred) and have a current WI license.
Three to five years of clinical management/leadership experience
strong desired and 2 years experience in an Emergency Room.
Director, Information Technology
This position will need to balance the hospital's strategic
initiatives with the need to plan, prioritize, schedule, budget
and adopt technologies to meet daily operational needs. This
position requires skill in collaborating effectively with
colleagues, physicians and executives toward the use of common
systems and applications in support of SPMHC strategic goals
and objectives. Most qualified candidates will have a Bachelor's
Degree in Computer Science or related field and 3 to 5 years
management experience, with demonstrated ability to build
strong relationships and manage multiple constituencies. Health
care information system management experience with working
knowledge of Microsoft Active Directory, VMWare, PACS, EHR
(electronic medical record), and Meditech is strongly desired.
Education Coordinator
Part time position, 20 hours per week, responsible for employee
orientation, education and continuing education for employees
in all areas of the Hospital and Clinics. Requirements include
a State of Wisconsin RN license, 3-5 years of clinical experience,
and certification in BLS. Bachelors Degree in Nursing or Education
strongly desired.
ER Technician
Full time and per diem position to provide quality professional
care, comfort, assistance with activities of daily living
and rehabilitation for patients, under the supervision of
a nurse. High school degree or equivalent and certification
that employee has completed an accredited course as a nurse
assistant, EMT, or paramedic. Previous experience as a nursing
assistant, EMT, or paramedic is preferred. Valid certificate
as a CNA and CPR certification required.
Exercise Instructor
Per diem position responsible for leading safe, effective
classes, with appropriate variety and progression, that begin
and end on time. B.S. degree in exercise science related field,
or certification as instructor in specialty are preferred
(ACE, ACSM, CSCS, and CPT).
Housekeeper/Custodian
Part time position working PMs and every other weekend. Responsible
for cleanliness and servicing of assigned area, care and cleaning
of equipment, and stocking of supplies. Partial high school
education with ability to read, write and speak English to
perform the job duties. Experience in a similar situation
is preferred.
MA/LPN-Lodi Medical Clinic
Full time position, working Monday - Friday days and every
3rd weekend, to provide quality assistance with medical care
of patients in a busy family practice setting. Completion
of an accredited program required. Successful exam certification
and/or licensure strongly desired.
MT/MLT
Per diem position responsible for performing general laboratory
tests in hematology, chemistry, urinalysis, immunohematology,
Blood Bank, microbiology, serology, immunology. Responsible
for accuracy and quality control of test results. ASCP certification
required.
Nutrition Aide
Part time position, working 12 hours per week, to perform
a variety of tasks related to the preparation, service, delivery
and clean-up of patient meals and Cafeteria food service.
Some high school with ability to read and write, and be able
to operate cash register and make change. High School diploma
preferred. Six to twelve months experience in a similar position
helpful.
Radiological Technologist
Per diem position to perform radiology procedures and is responsible
for coordinating procedures, quality assurance and record
keeping as related to departmental policy, radiation safety
and attending to the patient's needs. Associates degree or
certification program of comparable length, plus 1 to 3 years
of experience, preferred. CT experience strongly desired.
Registered by the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists
in Radiology. Certified in CPR.
Radiological Technologist - Student
Per diem position to perform only those radiology procedures
they have been deemed competent per their clinical instructor.
This position never works independently but only under the
guidance and direction of a Registered Radiologic Technologist.
They operate ionizing radiation equipment using established
department protocols. They follow department policy and procedure
and practice radiation safety principles for self and patient
while attending to patient's needs. Must be in their second
year of an accredited Program in Radiology Technology and
certified in CPR.
Registration Specialist-Lodi Medical
Clinic
Full time position responsible for performing a variety of
receptionists duties to keep the front office and clinic running
smoothly and well-organized. One Year of experience working
in a medical office setting, knowledge of medical terminology
and computer skills preferred.
Respiratory Therapist
Full time position working 4:00 P.M. - 12:30 A.M. with every
third weekend and rotating call. To position will perform
patient age-specific assessments, plan of care, treatment
and diagnostic services, organizing care and evaluating the
effectiveness of treatments/care provided. Current WI License
required.
RN/LPN/MA - Clinics
We are seeking an individual to work per diem at our family
practice clinics in Black Earth, Spring Green, Lodi and Plain.
Valid RN or LPN License or completion of an accredited or
MA program required.
RN-ER/Urgent
Provide rapid and then continuous assessment and treatment
of Emergency Department patients. Provides quality, professional
nursing care and initiates lifesaving measures as needed.
Minimum of 2 year Associates Degree and licensed as a Registered
Nurse. One or more years of experience needed. CPR. ACLS certification
required within 6 months of hire date. Encouraged to continue
education or obtain certification in ENPC, TNCC, NALS. Must
be proficient in terms of IV insertion, triage, respiratory
treatments.

per week pms and every other weekend

per week 12-hour nights (typically Sunday and Monday)

RN-ICU
To provide quality, professional, nursing care to patients
in the Intensive Care Unit. Prefer Bachelors Degree. Minimum
of Associates degree as a Registered Nurse with current Wisconsin
license to practice. 5 years clinical experience required.
Previous ICU, PACU or step down experience strongly desired.

" Full time (Baylor) position working every Saturday and Sunday
7 AM to 7 PM
RN-Obstetrics
Full time position working 12 hour night shifts with every
3rd weekend to provide quality, professional, general nursing
care to patients in the hospital or clinics, following all
standards, practices, policies and procedures. May be cross-trained
to work in more than one department. Current WI RN license,
BLS and NALS certification required. Previous Obstetrics experience
desired.
