Light our tree with love this holiday season

The Friends of Sauk Prairie Memorial Hospital & Clinics are sponsoring their annual Love Light project once again this year.  Get love lights to honor special people who are living or remember loved ones who have passed.

To reserve bulbs on the Love Light Tree fill out the form and send $5 for each name by November 30th to the Friends of SPMHC, 80 First Street, Prairie du Sac, WI  53578.  List names “in memory of” or “in honor of”, and be sure to include your name and phone number. 

Love Light names will be listed on a plaque in the hospital hallway near the Registration Department.  The Love Lights will be lighted on a tree located on the corner of Lincoln and First Streets in Prairie du Sac across from the SPMHC Emergency Room after December 15.  Proceeds from this fundraiser go toward scholarships for people pursuing healthcare careers, and special hospital and clinic needs.
