Lodi Medical Clinic moves to new building June 7

Lodi Medical Clinic will open June 7 at its new location, 160 Valley Drive, Lodi. This beautiful new building will be home to the clinic’s primary care providers, as well as physical and occupational therapy services, and visiting specialists OB/Gyn Todd Schad, MD, and audiologist Sandy Hoke.

The clinic phone number remains the same — 592-3296. This number will also serve Sauk Prairie Memorial Hospital & Clinic’s physical and occupational therapy services, which were previously located at Lodi High School.

Please note, to accommodate the move, the clinic will be closed Friday, June 4 and reopen at its new location on Monday, June 7. If anyone in the community has an urgent medical need while the clinic is closed for the move, please call Sauk Prairie Memorial Hospital at 643-3311 and identify yourself as a patient of Lodi Medical Clinic. Community members are also welcome to use the hospital’s Urgent Care services which are available weekdays 5–10:30 pm and weekends 11 am–10:30 pm.
