Peck promoted to VP Quality  & Compliance

Carla Peck of Lodi was recently promoted to Vice President, Quality & Compliance for Sauk Prairie Memorial Hospital & Clinics.

In this position, Peck directs SPMHC’s Quality, Infection Control, Social Services, Utilization Management, Risk Management and Compliance functions.  In addition, she is responsible for leading the development of an organizational culture of quality, patient safety and excellence, and is responsible for monitoring hospital services to improve the quality of patient care and assure that services are provided in a safe and effective manner. 

In her new role, Peck also functions as the Corporate Compliance Officer and HIPAA Privacy Officer, and is responsible for providing oversight of regulatory compliance for the organization. She maintains current regulatory resources; provides regulatory updates to the board of directors, administration, staff, and physicians; and acts decisively on issues of potential non-compliance.
