Swedish Massage
Swedish massage is used to increase the oxygen flow in the blood and release toxins from the muscles putting the client in a calm, relaxed state.
Neuromuscular therapy (NMT)
NMT works at softening the muscles to break up adhesions. This allows muscles to relax, be freed of spasm and pain, allowing for increased range of motion.
Deep Tissue Massage
Deep tissue works on the realignment of deeper layers of muscles and works to break up scar tissue, helping to restore posture and increase mobility.
Prenatal
Designed especially for the mom-to-be. To be done during the pregnancy in a side-lying position, or on a pregnancy table.
Cranio-sacral Therapy
Uses very light pressure, to balance the craniosacral system in the body, which includes the bones, nerves fluids and connective tissues of the cranium and spinal area.
Sports massage
Uses quick strokes to increase blood flow and warm the muscles. The body is prepared for sports events by passive stretching movements, and the massage helps eliminate accumulated waste products, and the discomfort that follows a heavy workout.
Lymphatic
A light technique used to increase circulation, assists in detoxifying the body and support health through better functioning immune system.
Hot Stones
Uses traditional strokes of a Swedish massage while holding a smooth, heated stone.
Reflexology
By applying pressure to specific areas on the feet, reflexology can affect internal organs and body systems, and therefore, promote good health.
