Massage Options:
Swedish Massage
Increases oxygen flow in the blood and releases toxins from the muscles putting the client in a calm, relaxed state.
Neuromuscular therapy (NMT)
Neuromuscular therapy works at softening the muscles to break up adhesions. This allows muscles to relax, be freed of spasm and pain, allowing for increased range of motion.
Deep Tissue Massage
Works on the realignment of deeper layers of muscles and works to break up scar tissue, helping to restore posture and increase mobility.
Prenatal
Designed especially for the mom-to-be. Performed during the pregnancy in a side-lying position, or on a pregnancy table.
Sports Massage
Uses quick strokes to increase blood flow and warm the muscles. The body is prepared for sports events by passive stretching movements, and the massage helps eliminate accumulated waste products, and the discomfort that follows a heavy workout.
Hot Stones
Uses traditional strokes of a Swedish massage while holding a smooth, heated stone.
Reflexology
A light technique used to increase circulation, assists in detoxifying the body and supports health through a better functioning immune system.
