Join us for this fun and healthy event supporting the Sauk Prairie Memorial Hospital Foundation’s mission of “growing healthy communities.”

The entry fee for the Roxbury Rural Run is $20 through April 20; $25 thereafter.  (Register by April 18 to guarantee t-shirt availability.)  The entry fee for the Kids’ Country Mile is $5, $10 day of, and includes a t-shirt.
 
Age divisions for runners in the 5K and 10K are:  0-14, 15-19, 20-24, 25-29, 30-34, 35-39, 40-44, 45-49, 50-54, 55-59, 60-64, 65-69 and 70+.  First place awards will be given to the top male and female in each age division, along with prizes for best overall times male and female.

You and your employees, family and friends have the additional option of signing up as a team and getting your team name and logo added to your shirts!  Get together a team – or teams – of walkers and runners.  Encourage employees to participate.  What a great way to promote healthy lifestyle choices and to build morale and camaraderie among co-workers!

The Kids Country Mile will be run as two events.  Children age 5 and under will run the Half Pint Half Mile course on the grounds and receive participation ribbons.  Children in age divisions 6-8 and 9-11 will run the Kids Country Mile 1 mile road course.  Trophies will be given for the top finishers and participation ribbons for all.  As always, parents are encouraged to run along with their young children.  

Toilet facilities are available onsite.  For the safety of others, pets are not allowed on the grounds or on the race courses.

Additional Parking – Continous shuttle from the Park and Ride at Hwy 12 & Hwy 188 from 7AM to 9AM.  Return shuttle all morning.

Directions to the Dorf Haus:  From west side of Madison, take USH 12 north toward Sauk City.  Turn right (north) on Cty Hwy KP, left on Cty Hwy Y.  From I94/I39, take Hwy 19 through Waunakee to USH 12.  Turn right (NW) on USH 12.  Turn right on KP, left on Y.  From Sauk City, take USH 12 SE toward Madison.  Turn left on Cty Hwy Y.
